PLD is a leadership and organizational culture resource for senior executives and their teams. At the core of our work is the belief that inspired leadership requires understanding the relationship between what is occurring within you, and your actions and behaviors in the world. The awareness that comes with such understanding provides an opportunity for limitless growth.
With us, you will develop resilience in the face of stress, refine your emotional intelligence, leverage your strengths, identify the limitations that undermine you, discern how to match your leadership style with the arising context, and bring greater balance and equanimity to your work and life. Our programs are dynamic, intellectually rigorous, and often life-changing. We use a combination of both traditional and nontraditional techniques: interviews and written assessments to better understand you, multidisciplinary writings on leadership, films that illustrate core leadership constructs, meditation if appropriate, and decades of experience as anthropologists and psychologists.
