Leadership Assessment six weeks
 
There is usually a discrepancy between how people see themselves, and how others view them.  This assessment process helps leaders close this gap.  Using a rigorous set of assessment tools, you will be given extensive feedback on your leadership style, interpersonal strengths and weaknesses, decision-making processes, and the blind-spots that can affect performance.
 
To begin, you will complete four personality and leadership tests.  They include a powerful tool called the “Enneagram,” which shows you how you tend to behave under stress and how you behave when you’re at your best.  Based on these assessments we will compose a 20 page report, outlining your leadership profile.
 
Next, we will conduct a series of interviews with the people that you work with and write a 15 to 20 page report based on these interviews.  Unlike most “360” bullet point assessments, our narrative format reads like a story, providing a level of nuance that is compelling and insightful.  Using the data from the testing and the 360, a half-day coaching session is scheduled.  Our goal is to identify 3-4 key leadership goals that will have the greatest impact on your growth both as a person, and as a leader.  Many of our clients have said that this assessment process is the single most insightful feedback that they have received in their career.
 
 
 
Intensive Individual Coaching six months to one year
 
This is our most comprehensive program in leadership development.  It rests on the fundamental principle that leadership development is human development.  We will help you build a foundation of self-knowledge that will allow you to expand and refine your leadership skills. You will learn to approach your daily work life with greater balance and equanimity, allowing for more clarity and objectivity in your decision-making, and enhancing your effectiveness with others.  Our core strength is in helping people find an authentic approach to leadership. Because each leader is unique, the program will be customized, and will take into consideration your organization’s culture and mission.
 
The program begins with the assessment process that is described above.  A series of half-day coaching sessions are scheduled on a monthly basis, and your leadership goals are woven into a customized study of both classic and current research on leadership and organizational culture. This is an excellent program for taking a highly effective leader to his or her full potential, for preparing a person for a promotion or a greater scope of responsibility, or for addressing a persistent problem with an otherwise effective executive.
 
 
 
Contemplative Leadership
This is a 10-session course offering contemplative practices to leaders, recognizing that the highest form of leadership arises from an inner place of stillness.  Over time, contemplative practices help to quiet the mind.  In turn, this cultivates a sense of calm, thus deepening concentration, insight, awareness, and creativity.  We will use the enneagram as a guide, a model that supports contemplative practice, inviting self-observation and self-inquiry. Leadership goals are determined for each participant and addressed throughout the course.  The number of sessions and structure of the program can be modified to fit the needs of the organization.  This course is available to both groups and on an individual basis.
 
 
 
Corporate Culture Assessment one year +
 
It is one thing to change yourself, but how do you change the people around you?  Making changes in an organization’s culture is one of the biggest challenges in leadership.  Using a combination of a corporate culture “audit” and personal interviews, this program helps companies clarify what it would mean, for them, to have a “high performance” culture. Having created a comprehensive description of your organizational culture, we serve in an advisory capacity through the cultural change process.  Companies have used this program for a wide range of needs: to build a culture, to identify the weaknesses and more fully leverage the strengths in an existing culture, and to prepare an organization to be more flexible and adaptable in the face of ongoing change.
 
 
 
Leadership Seminars 1-2 Days
 
We offer one- and two-day seminars providing leadership assessment and development that will help you better understand yourself, better understand your colleagues, improve communication, and build collaboration.  We cover a broad range of topics, including the current demands on leaders since globalization, the relevance of emotional intelligence  to leadership, the relationship between authentic leadership and high performing teams, and the multiple styles of leadership that are required in today’s world.  We are experts on the “Enneagram,” a personality assessment that builds emotional intelligence and helps teams better understand the dynamics of their group processes.
